One or two key individuals—often an owner, general manager, or senior operations lead—complete the course directly. Using the included planning tools and facilitator guide, they build initial playbooks focused on core functions like freight movement, customs submissions, employee pay, and customer communication. These playbooks often become the foundation for training and internal scaling over time.

For Larger Teams:

• Leadership Alignment: Executives and senior leaders begin with Course 1 and Course 2 to clarify priorities and resource expectations.

• Communication Planning: Course 3 helps define key roles, responsibilities, and internal communication pathways.

• Core Team Engagement: Functional leaders and core teams use Courses 4 and 5 to assess operations, identify gaps, and develop a first playbook focused on critical business functions. Facilitator tools and templates support coordination.

• Pilot & Expand: A pilot team completes the modules and creates the initial playbook, which is then adapted by other departments.

• Ongoing Review: Programs should be revisited at least annually, or when:
